Ant Messenger 电商沟通版将买卖双方的交易隐私放在首位，坚持"最小化收集"原则。为保障订单沟通与客服服务正常运行，我们只收集必要的账号标识、设备型号与基础运行日志；订单信息仅在获得你的授权后关联，绝不采集聊天内容等敏感数据。

Ant Messenger Shopping Chat puts transaction privacy first and follows a data-minimization principle. We collect only essential basics such as account identifiers, device models, and basic run logs. Order data is linked only with your authorization, and chat content is never collected.

涉及价格、优惠、售后等订单沟通内容全程采用端到端加密，信息在发送端加密、接收端解密。传输与存储均为密文，Ant Messenger 服务器与任何第三方都无法解读买卖双方的沟通内容。

Order chats about pricing, deals, and after-sales are fully protected by end-to-end encryption, encrypted at the sender and decrypted at the recipient. In transit and at rest, content stays as ciphertext unreadable to servers or third parties.

收货人姓名、电话与地址经加密传输并支持虚拟号码中转，快递环节仅获取必要且脱敏的信息。收集到的有限信息仅用于以下用途，绝不用于分析或贩卖用户隐私：

Recipient names, phones, and addresses are encrypted in transit with virtual-number relay, so couriers receive only necessary, masked details. The limited information we collect is used only for:
